Beetle Bistro is a short and hectic kitchen co-op game where you play as tiny chefs in an insect world.

Beetle Bistro was created by a team of 21 people at ACM GameBuilders, a student game studio at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. It is an educational case study of Overcooked by Ghost Town Games and takes inspiration from its game mechanics. Work on this project took place from January 2023 to May 2023.

This project represents the second effort by the studio to create a released game, and we are incredibly proud of the strides made by the team. The future looks promising!

The project is now open source!

I am glad to be the programming director of this game and finish such a successful work!
